Who We

Are

Pathways to Success is an organization for pregnant and parenting teen mothers. The organization is focused on providing programs and services to young women and their child(ren), so they have the tools to be successful after leaving the program.

OUR

MISSION...

is to provide a safe nonjudgmental environment for young mothers to raise, nurture and provide for their child(ren), while providing the mothers with knowledge, skills and resources to generate sustainable change in the life of their child(ren) and themselves.

Our Vision

Pathways to Success of Florida, Inc envisions the moment when young mothers will have the education, employable skill set, and practical knowledge to adequately provide a safe and loving environment for their child(ren) and themselves.

OUR PURPOSE

To offer a full continuum of care to the young women and their child(ren) with programs and services where they are able to make good decisions and have a positive impact on the lives of their children. Furthermore, we want the mothers to leave the program enabled to live independently within their communities by utilizing the tools provided throughout the program and be healthier in mind, body, and soul.
